Do you understand Socialnomics?

There is something very special taking place in this era. It's called "Socialnomics", and it's very exciting. You see companies understand that the value of a good name and reputation as determined by individuals is priceless.

I'd like to connect with you and share some basic concepts. There is a great possibility that I'll be able to help you to effectively leverage your network.

My background is as follows:

Military experience - U.S. Army- started as an enlisted soldier - got out as a Captain.
B.S., U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY.
MBA, George Washington University, Washington, DC.
Financial Planning, Georgetown University, Washington, DC.
Last Employment: Chief Financial Officer, UNETA, Inc. - #155 on INC 500 Fastest Growing Companies in 2006-2007.
Business owner since 2001.

For those that qualify, I will schedule a corporate overview which will provide a complete overview of the possibilities within the company.

I discuss the company, the industry, the management team, the compensation, and the training/support. I also demonstrate the specific activities required for success.

Lastly, I will answer questions. The corporate overview is very convenient, and I deliver it via Live Webcast to enable me to work with the most talented people around the country.

Are you seriously seeking a new career?

I invite you to contact me to learn about our program that's proven to be quite beneficial for many people throughout the country.

I am a management recruiter for a Dallas-based marketing firm. During our first 3 years, we did just under $150M in revenue. December 2009 marked the end of our 4th year, and it was extraordinary. In 2009, we did almost $200M in revenue.

We have tremendous momentum, and I am forming strategic relationships to educate job seekers about how to generate income today while leveraging their social network to land their ideal career.

For those that are currently employed, there is no better time to establish a Plan 'B'.

I specialize in working with experienced professionals that may have a background similar to me (i.e. military, college degree, graduate degree, executive level, or entrepreneur).

Just remember that "Our Program Enables Employers To Improve Morale, Boost Productivity, and Increase Their Bottomline at Little or No Cost".

Do you have a Plan B?

Last week as I was dropping Nadia off to school, I spoke with Leslie, a parent of one of Nadia's classmates. We were able to catch up for a bit, and she ended up telling me that her last day on her job was going to be Friday. She worked a Citi as a manager, and she said they were cutting jobs. I really felt terrible for her. One of the reasons that this really struck me was because four months earlier, before Thanksgiving, I asked Leslie if she had a Plan B. She didn't, so we met, and I shared a program that would allow her to work full-time on her job and part-time on her fortune. Sadly, she didn't take action at the time. Fortunately, it's never too late.

The truth is that employers are watching their bottomline and making hiring decisions based upon who can offer them a measurable value proposition. Most people seeking jobs don't understand that.

In today's economy, very few employers are willing to just give a pay check without seeing a positive ROI. The game has changed, and there is a tremendous window of opportunity for those that are willing to invest the time to learn a new way.

Who do you know with sales and marketing experience that are actively seeking employment?

Who do you know with human resource or employee benefits experience that are actively seeking employment?

Who do you know with experience getting to and setting appointments with company leaders (i.e. CEO, President, Director)?

Who do you know that would like an opportunity to earn six-figures in 2010?

Who do you know that could use an additional stream of income or a Plan B as a precautionary measure against a sudden job loss?

If you know just one person and you know that learning about the information could be of benefit to them, then why wouldn't you share the information?
